Trip Details
World War II Veterans, plus their
guardian/caregiver, were transported via Southern Motorcoach
directly to Washington D.C.. They will visited the World War II
Memorial that was built and dedicated in 2004 as a memorial , and to
honor the men and women who fought in WWII. We also visited
Arlington Cemetery and other points of interest.
Provisions were made to accommodate the physically challenged.
EMT/medical personnel were on each motorcoach. There were rest stop every two hours. Beverages and snacks
were
provided throughout the trip. A box lunch was provided
during lunchtime.
This was a great trip for our Veterans -
we took extremely good care of them on their "Ride
of Honor".
